Rediscovering the Hobby

Like many collectors, my love for trading cards started as a kid.

My brother and I spent countless hours opening packs, trading cards across the kitchen table, building decks, and dreaming about the rare cards we’d own someday. Those are some of my favorite childhood memories.

Then life happened.

School, careers, and family took priority, and for many years the hobby became little more than a great memory.

Years later, we found our way back.

What started as a simple way to reconnect with something we loved quickly reminded us why collecting is so special. It wasn’t just about opening packs or chasing valuable cards—it was the excitement of discovering something new, the stories behind every collection, and the friendships the hobby creates.

As our collections grew, so did our appreciation for the community surrounding them.

That renewed passion inspired me to create KR’s Collectibles.

From the beginning, my goal has been simple: build the kind of card shop I’d want to buy from myself. A place where collectors can expect honest communication, fair pricing, careful packaging, and genuine respect for every collection—whether it’s a single card or a lifetime of memories.

While Disney Lorcana is my primary focus, KR’s Collectibles also proudly serves Magic: The Gathering, Pokémon, and Sports Card collectors. Every item I sell is something I’d be proud to add to my own collection.

At the end of the day, KR’s Collectibles isn’t just about the cards—it’s about helping other collectors enjoy the hobby, build lasting memories, and feel excited about what’s in the next pack.
